So it was the second day of my diet but I failed the fasting because I had a Cheese Toastie at lunch whoops :/ I found a really easy way to burn some calories at home because the weather isn't always nice so I did 100 jumping jacks, 100 Squats, 25 Press ups and 100 crunches. I found it a really easy way to burn some calories and I will repeat it around four times I currently do a circuit in the morning and one in the evening but I will start doing one midday as well.
