So yesterday was the first days of my diet an I have decided for every two days fasting I will have one day of eating whatever I want so that I actually keep some energy for my rowing. So yesterday I started by measuring my height and weight.
Height 168cm
Weight 58.4kg
So I am fasting today and tomorrow and the I will eat what I want to still making sure my calorie intake isn't too high whilst hopefully doing exercise.
